Donate to the Friends of Willow Springs Park

The Friends of Willow Springs Park is 100 percent volunteer-based and is guided by our mission of promoting awareness of the park’s ecological and cultural significance and restoring the land to native habitat. We bring together a diverse group of people and are always looking to increase our membership and email followers. Donations will help us further our mission and our vision of responsible stewardship of all 48 acres of parkland in perpetuity.

Long Beach Heritage is our parent organization. If you would like to make a donation to our group, the transaction will take place on the Long Beach Heritage website or through the US mail, see instructions below. Note that Long Beach Heritage is a 501(c)3 non-profit, so the contribution will be tax-deductible. 
To donate online to the Friends of Willow Springs Park,
please follow these steps to make your donation on the Long Beach Heritage website:
  1. Visit Long Beach Heritage’s donation page by clicking the button below. ​​
  2. Select the yellow Donate button on the Long Beach Heritage donation page (see Step 2 example image).
  3. In the next window choose Friends of Willow Springs Park from the “Use this donation for” drop-down menu (see Step 3 example image).
  4. Enter your amount, optional notation, and whether you are donating through Paypal, Venmo, or debit/credit card. 
    ​NOTE: On the following page, you will see Long Beach Heritage mentioned, not Friends of Willow Springs Park. That's ok, as long as you selected Friends of Willow Springs Park in step 3.
  5. After making your donation, you will receive an email receipt from PayPal with the Friends of Willow Springs Park referenced. ​
